Yes, one-way rentals are available between most major cities. A one-way fee may apply depending on the distance and location. Please check your rental agreement for specific details.
We offer a 29-minute grace period. Returns after this time may be subject to an extra hourly charge. If you are more than 2 hours late, a full day rental charge may apply.
Normal road dirt is acceptable. However, if the vehicle requires special cleaning due to spills, stains, or excessive trash, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Please contact our Lost & Found department immediately. While we are not responsible for lost items, we will do our best to locate and return your belongings.
Security deposits are typically released immediately upon safe return of the vehicle. However, depending on your bank, it may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
