- Onboard new users and guide them through our platform
- Collect customer feedback and advocate for user needs
- Maintain documentation and help center articles
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support or success experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom)
