About the Role

  • Onboard new users and guide them through our platform
  • Collect customer feedback and advocate for user needs
  • Maintain documentation and help center articles

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support or success experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom)
